Paid Media Specialist

Contract / Full-Time Remote (Global) Paid Acquisition

We're growing our paid media practice and need a specialist who can manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta for B2B SaaS clients. You'll be managing 6–10 accounts simultaneously, so strong systems thinking and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

What you'll do

  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards and weekly performance reports
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Test ad copy, creative formats, and landing page variants systematically
  • Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from SGD 10K to SGD 150K
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data

What we need

  • 2+ years managing paid media campaigns with B2B clients
  • Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance
  • Comfortable presenting results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certification preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic display or connected TV
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Ads or Marketo integration
  • Basic design skills (Figma or Canva) for rapid creative iteration
  • Experience in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS verticals
