We're looking for a data-obsessed demand gen leader who can own full-funnel pipeline strategy for multiple B2B SaaS clients. You'll work directly with founders and CMOs to build and scale their go-to-market engines โ€” from ICP definition to revenue attribution.

What you'll do

  • Own full-funnel demand gen strategy across paid, content, and lifecycle channels
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, budgets, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with content and design to produce high-converting assets
  • Run weekly performance reviews with client stakeholders
  • Hire and mentor junior marketers as the team scales
  • Identify growth opportunities and surface insights proactively

What we need

  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of pipeline creation and MQL-to-revenue attribution
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills โ€” comfortable in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience working in or with SaaS companies

Nice to have

  • Experience at a B2B marketing agency
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks
  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy principles
  • Experience working with Southeast Asian or global SaaS markets

We're hiring a sharp B2B content strategist to build content engines for our clients โ€” from SEO-driven blog programs to thought leadership and sales enablement assets. You'll be responsible for turning complex product and industry knowledge into content that actually drives pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned to ICP pain points and buyer journey
  • Write and edit long-form content: SEO articles, whitepapers, case studies
  • Collaborate with demand gen to align content to campaign objectives
  • Manage freelance writers and ensure brand voice consistency
  • Track content performance using GA4, Search Console, and SEMrush
  • Run quarterly content audits and refresh underperforming assets

What we need

  • 3+ years in B2B content marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content pipelines
  • Comfortable interviewing subject matter experts and extracting insights
  • Portfolio of published long-form B2B content

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI writing tools and prompt engineering
  • Basic understanding of HTML / CMS publishing (WordPress)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation
  • Experience producing video scripts or podcast content

We're growing our paid media practice and need a specialist who can manage multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta for B2B SaaS clients. You'll be managing 6โ€“10 accounts simultaneously, so strong systems thinking and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

What you'll do

  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards and weekly performance reports
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Test ad copy, creative formats, and landing page variants systematically
  • Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from SGD 10K to SGD 150K
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data

What we need

  • 2+ years managing paid media campaigns with B2B clients
  • Proficient in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance
  • Comfortable presenting results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certification preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic display or connected TV
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Ads or Marketo integration
  • Basic design skills (Figma or Canva) for rapid creative iteration
  • Experience in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS verticals
