Senior Demand Generation Manager

Full-Time Remote (APAC / Europe) Growth & Demand Gen Deadline: 30 June 2026

We're looking for a data-obsessed demand gen leader who can own full-funnel pipeline strategy for multiple B2B SaaS clients. You'll work directly with founders and CMOs to build and scale their go-to-market engines — from ICP definition to revenue attribution.

What you'll do

  • Own full-funnel demand gen strategy across paid, content, and lifecycle channels
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, budgets, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with content and design to produce high-converting assets
  • Run weekly performance reviews with client stakeholders
  • Hire and mentor junior marketers as the team scales
  • Identify growth opportunities and surface insights proactively

What we need

  • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of pipeline creation and MQL-to-revenue attribution
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience working in or with SaaS companies

Nice to have

  • Experience at a B2B marketing agency
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks
  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy principles
  • Experience working with Southeast Asian or global SaaS markets
